Product Design, Styling, Rendering Product Feasibility
Develop and design current products based on customer specifications and market requirements.
Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software.
Conduct design calculations, tolerance analysis, and feasibility studies.
Create and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM).
Coordinate with production, quality, procurement, and sales teams during product development.
Review customer drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.
Support prototype development, testing, and validation activities.
Implement design changes and engineering change management (ECN/ECR).
Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and company standards.
Participate in design reviews, FMEA, APQP, and other product development activities.
Provide technical support to manufacturing and quality teams.
Continuously identify prospects for product improvement and cost reduction.
