JOB SUMMARY

Catalyst Education is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Head to lead the Sales and Admissions team in Calicut. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, sales, team-management, and target-achievement skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage the Sales and Academic Counselling team.
Set and achieve monthly revenue and admission targets.
Monitor individual and team performance.
Conduct daily sales reviews and performance meetings.
Coach and mentor Team Leaders and Sales Executives.
Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and revenue.
Monitor CRM, lead follow-ups, conversions, and admission closures.
Handle escalated customer and sales-related issues.
Analyse sales performance and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with Marketing, Academic, and Operations teams.
Prepare and present regular performance reports to management.




Build a strong, accountable, and high-performing sales culture.

REQUIREMENTS
3–5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / EdTech.
Proven experience in managing large sales teams.
Strong track record of achieving revenue and admission targets.
Excellent leadership and people-management skills.
Robust communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Excellent Malayalam and English communication.
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
Target-oriented and highly performance-driven.
