Job Description – BPO Team Leader

Position: Team Leader – BPO

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of BPO executives to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Monitor team performance, productivity, quality, and attendance.
Conduct regular feedback and coaching sessions to improve agent performance.
Handle escalations and ensure smooth customer interactions.
Track team MIS and prepare daily/weekly performance reports.
Ensure adherence to company policies, process guidelines, and compliance requirements.
Motivate the team and maintain a positive, performance-driven work workplace.
Coordinate with Operations and Management to achieve business goals.

Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a BPO Team Leader.




Experience in Banking / Collections / Telecalling will be preferred.
Good communication and people-management skills.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
Ability to handle targets, pressure, and team escalations.
Candidates with DRA certification will be preferred.
