Key Responsibilities
Patient Monitoring: Check vital signs (heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and oxygen levels) and record patient data hourly.
Clinical Care: Administer medications, manage intravenous (IV) lines, assist with feedings, and draw blood samples.
Equipment Management: Operate and troubleshoot specialized machinery, such as incubators, monitors, and ventilators.
Infection Control: Maintain a sterile workplace to protect infants who have weak immune systems.
Family Support: Educate parents on infant care (feeding, holding, and hygiene) and offer emotional support during a stressful hospital stay.
Team Collaboration: Work alongside neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and other medical staff to update and execute care plans.
Note : Nicu level 3 experience with ventilator preterm baby care
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
