Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, team profiles, and ideal candidate personas.
Source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn, skilled networks, job boards, portfolio sites, and employee referrals.
Draft and post compelling job descriptions that accurately reflect our culture and technical needs.
Screen applications and conduct initial interviews to evaluate technical competence, communication skills, and cultural alignment.
Coordinate the interview workflow, ensuring seamless communication and scheduling between candidates and internal teams.
Manage the offer process, including compensation negotiations, reference checks, and final contract preparation.
Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate pipeline data and clean tracking metrics.
Represent the company at virtual and in-person networking events, job fairs, and industry conferences.
