Key Responsibilities
Drive individual revenue targets through consultations, treatment conversions, and package sales.
Manage daily clinic operations to ensure smooth and productive functioning.
Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the clinic team.
Deliver exceptional patient experience and resolve customer concerns promptly.
Ensure achievement of clinic KPIs, including sales, conversions, retention, and service quality.
Coordinate appointment scheduling, inventory management, and vendor requirements.
Maintain compliance with clinic SOPs, hygiene standards, and operational policies.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and share performance updates with management.

Requirements
3–6 years of experience in clinic management, preferably in the aesthetic, dermatology, cosmetology, or healthcare industry.
Proven track record of achieving individual sales targets.
Robust leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Excellent operational and customer relationship management abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and clinic CRM software.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
