Ensure service revenue targets are achieved.
Ensure customer satisfaction.
Improve turn around time for service.
Manages the day-to-day activities of the workshop, including scheduling, work allocation, and quality control.
Ensures adherence to Service guidelines and industry best practices.
Monitors technician performance and provides feedback and training.
Diagnoses complex technical issues and provides guidance to technicians
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
