Key Roles & Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and supervise MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) works for precast and construction projects.
Review MEP drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and BOQs and ensure proper execution at site.
Coordinate MEP services with precast structures, architectural, structural, and civil works to avoid clashes and rework.
Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, and other MEP systems.
Monitor MEP work progress against project schedules and ensure timely completion of activities.
Conduct site inspections and ensure all installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Prepare and review material requirements, technical submittals, method statements, inspection requests, and work schedules.
Identify MEP coordination issues and provide practical engineering solutions to minimize delays and cost impact.
Assist in preparing as-built drawings, testing & commissioning reports, inspection records, and project documentation.
Ensure compliance with applicable Indian Standards, NBC, electrical/fire safety requirements,



and project specifications.
Maintain proper records of MEP progress, inspections, approvals, and site issues.
Ensure all MEP works are executed with a solid focus on quality, safety, productivity, and cost control.
Education: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant MEP Engineering discipline.

Requirements:
Experience: 3–6 years of relevant experience in MEP execution, preferably in precast, construction, industrial, commercial, or residential projects.
Solid knowledge of MEP systems, installation, testing, commissioning, and site coordination.
Good understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and related building services.
Experience in coordinating MEP services with civil, structural, architectural, and precast works.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
