About the Role

Metplast Industries is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Design Engineer to join our engineering team. Fresh graduates with a passion for design and product development are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate should have a positive understanding of CAD software and a willingness to learn in a manufacturing workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Create 2D drawings using AutoCAD.
Develop 3D models and assemblies using SolidWorks.
Prepare manufacturing and fabrication drawings.
Revise and update drawings based on engineering changes.
Coordinate with the production and other departments to ensure design accuracy.
Maintain design documentation and drawing records.
Support product development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.




Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good working knowledge of SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
Basic understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T;, and manufacturing processes.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment.
