MBA in Human Resources/HR/Personnel Management from a recognized university/institution with a minimum of 1 year of relevant HR experience.
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing employee training and development programmes based on organizational and employee requirements.
Coordinate training needs assessment, training schedules, trainers, venues, attendance, training materials, and participant communication.
Maintain complete training records, employee development records, feedback forms, evaluation reports, and training MIS.
Assist in employee engagement, induction/onboarding, performance development, and other HR activities as required by management.
Prepare regular training and development reports for management and ensure timely follow-up on training outcomes and employee development requirements.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
