About the Role

We are looking for a warm, energetic, creative, and responsible UKG Teacher who can create a positive and engaging learning environment for young children while supporting their academic, emotional, and social development.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct age-appropriate classroom activities for UKG students.
Teach foundational concepts in language, numeracy, environmental awareness, and general development.
Use play-based, activity-based, and experiential teaching methods.
Develop lesson plans, worksheets, classroom activities, and learning resources.
Encourage children's communication, creativity, curiosity, and confidence.
Maintain a protected, positive, disciplined, and child-friendly classroom setting.
Observe and assess individual children's learning and developmental progress.
Provide appropriate support to children who require additional attention.
Maintain regular communication with parents regarding children's progress and classroom activities.
Participate in school events, celebrations, activities, and academic programs.




Maintain classroom records, student portfolios, assessments, and required documentation.
Coordinate with fellow teachers and the academic team.
Follow school policies, curriculum guidelines, and child-safety practices.

Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Education / Early Childhood Education or relevant qualification preferred.
NTT / D.Ed / Montessori / equivalent qualification will be an advantage.
Prior experience teaching UKG / Kindergarten / Early Years is preferred.
Excellent communication and classroom-management skills.
Patient, caring, approachable, and enthusiastic personality.
Creative approach to teaching young learners.
Positive spoken English is essential.

Preferred Profile

Candidates with experience in CBSE, international, Montessori, kindergarten, or early-years education will be preferred.

Compensation

Salary: As per experience and school standards.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
