Job Description / Responsibilities
Study and compare drawings with “Positive for Construction” drawings in line with the specification and BOQ.
Determine the material quantity from the drawing provided.
Ensure efficiency in site supervision and site measurement.
Maintain quality of work at the worksite.
Prepare site billing and certification.
Obtain quotations for the specified materials from manufacturers and compare them to select the best option that aligns with project requirements.
Follow up with consultants regarding drawing coordination.
Prepare and monitor the monthly, weekly, and daily work programme according to site requirements.
Control and maintain the site workforce, materials, and cost throughout the project duration.
Follow up for the delivery of materials as per the delivery schedule.
Pay: ₹10,597.00 - ₹45,891.39 per month
