About Us

We're looking for a strategic SEO leader to head our Organic Growth division.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor and develop the SEO team.
Own SEO strategy and delivery across client accounts.
Ensure timely project execution and operational excellence.
Handle client escalations and drive client retention.
Join discovery calls and client pitches as the SEO expert, presenting strategies and solutions with confidence.
This role does not involve business development or sales targets. Your responsibility is to strengthen pitches with your SEO expertise and help build client confidence.
Improve SOPs, workflows and team productivity.
Stay updated with the latest SEO and AI Search trends.

Requirements




8+ years of SEO experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Agency experience is mandatory.
Strong expertise in Technical SEO, On-page SEO, Content Strategy and Link Building.
Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs/SEMrush and Looker Studio.
Excellent leadership and client-facing presentation skills.
Fluency in spoken English and strong communication skills are essential for this role.
