Qualification: Graduate/MBA in HR or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Manage attendance, leave, employee records, and HR documentation.
Coordinate payroll and statutory compliance.
Handle employee queries and grievances.
Support performance management and employee engagement.
Maintain HR reports.
Requirements
Experience in the IT industry
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of MS Office/Excel and HR processes.
Solid coordination and follow-up skills.
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
