Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented freshers who are interested in building their career in the Hospitality Industry. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest service and supporting day-to-day hospitality operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests in a polite and qualified manner.
Handle guest queries and provide appropriate information and assistance.
Ensure a positive and comfortable experience for guests.
Coordinate with different departments to fulfill guest requirements.
Maintain professional communication with guests and team members.
Assist with front office, customer service, and hospitality-related operations.
Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and escalate them when required.
Maintain cleanliness, grooming, and professional standards as per company requirements.




Support the team in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualification:
Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
