About the Role:
We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic freshers to join as Inside Sales Executives, driving B2B sales by identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and converting opportunities into business. Ideal for candidates with solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills who are eager to build a career in sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with potential B2B clients through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with prospective clients
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Follow up with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline
Update and manage customer information in the CRM
Coordinate with sales and technical teams for a smooth customer experience
Achieve monthly lead generation targets




Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports

Required Skills:
Top-notch communication and interpersonal skills
Good negotiation and convincing abilities
Willingness to work in a target-driven environment
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) is an added advantage

Qualifications :
Bachelor's/Master's degree in any discipline (Business/Marketing background preferred) Freshers welcome; immediate joiners preferred
