Key Responsibilities
Manage electrical maintenance of plant machinery and production equipment.
Plan and execute preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.
Troubleshoot HT/LT panels, MCCs, PCCs, motors, starters, VFDs, transformers and control panels.
Maintain electrical systems used in plastic/pipe/tank/extrusion/injection-moulding machinery.
Monitor electrical loads, voltage, current, power factor and energy consumption.
Handle electrical breakdowns and minimize production downtime.
Prepare preventive-maintenance schedules and maintain maintenance records.
Supervise electricians, technicians and electrical contractors.
Ensure proper earthing, cable management,



panel maintenance and electrical safety.
Coordinate with Production and Mechanical departments during breakdowns and shutdowns.
Maintain critical electrical spares and coordinate with Purchase for requirements.
Support installation, testing and commissioning of current electrical equipment.
Ensure compliance with LOTO, electrical safety procedures and statutory requirements.

Required Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering.
5–10 years of relevant industrial electrical-maintenance experience.
Experience in plastic, pipe, tank, extrusion, injection moulding or continuous-process manufacturing preferred.

Pay: ₹10,598.34 - ₹30,000.00 per month
