Centre Manager – Bangalore

We are looking for an experienced and driven Centre Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our Bangalore clinic while driving sales and ensuring an excellent client experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage overall clinic operations and daily functioning
Handle and follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp and other channels
Drive sales, conversions and revenue targets
Manage client appointments, follow-ups and treatment coordination
Build robust relationships with clients and ensure a smooth customer experience
Coordinate with doctors, technicians and the clinic team
Monitor team performance and ensure operational efficiency
Maintain daily sales, lead and appointment reports
Address client queries and ensure timely resolution





Candidate Requirements
2–5 years of experience in clinic management, sales, hospitality, wellness, beauty or healthcare
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to handle sales targets and lead conversions
Valuable team management and organizational skills
Comfortable using WhatsApp, CRM/software and basic reporting tools
Candidates with experience in aesthetic, dermatology, hair or beauty clinics will be preferred
