Job Description – Middle School Geography Teacher (Grades 6–8)

Position: Geography Teacher (Middle School)
Location: EuroSchool Thane (ICSE)
Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities
Teach Geography to students of Grades 6–8 in accordance with the ICSE curriculum.
Assess student learning through regular assignments, projects, and examinations.
Maintain accurate academic records and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom setting that promotes active learning.
Integrate technology and creative teaching methodologies into classroom instruction.
Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, professional development programmes, and other academic responsibilities as assigned.

Eligibility Criteria




Graduate/Post Graduate in Geography.
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) is mandatory.
Relevant teaching experience in an ICSE school, preferably teaching Geography to Grades 6–8.
Excellent English communication and classroom management skills.
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Candidates residing in or around Thane will be given preference.
