Job Description
Guest Service: Greet customers, present menus, and offer menu recommendations.
Order Management: Take food and beverage orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen and bar for timely delivery.
Table Management: Set up, clean, and maintain dining areas, tables, and service stations.
Billing & Payments: Process guest bills and handle cash or digital POS payments safely.
Safety & Hygiene: Uphold food safety rules, personal grooming, and clean workspace standards.

Qualifications
Education: Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management.
Experience:



0 to 2 years of experience in hospitality, restaurants, or customer service (freshers with a relevant qualification are often welcome).
Skills: Solid communication, active listening, teamwork, and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
Physical Stamina: Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and stand or walk for long shifts.
