We are looking for a skilled and proactive Technical Support Engineer – Hardware to handle hardware troubleshooting, installation, configuration, coordination with field engineers and end-user support.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and troubleshoot desktops, laptops and other IT hardware.
Perform root-cause analysis for recurring hardware problems.
Install and configure PCs, desktops, laptops and related hardware.
Coordinate with field engineers and monitor assigned technical tasks.
Maintain records of hardware issues, solutions and inventory updates.
Escalate unresolved issues to senior technical teams.
Provide skilled technical support to end users.
Ensure timely resolution and positive customer communication.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years' experience in IT hardware support or a related field.
Hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting, installation and configuration.
Basic knowledge of L2 support processes will be an advantage.
Valuable communication, coordination and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
