Job Title : Customer Identity & Access Management

Experience : 5 to 10 Years

Location : Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and support CIAM and IAM solutions and security controls.
Work with CIAM platforms such as Okta, ForgeRock, or similar.
Handle identity lifecycle, authentication, authorization, and access management.
Gather requirements from business stakeholders and application owners.
Develop use cases, process definitions, and technical requirements.
Coordinate with IAM, Security, Engineering, and business teams.
Support CIAM integrations, security projects, audits, and risk management.
Translate technical requirements into explicit business language.

Requisites
Strong experience in Cyber Security, IAM, and CIAM.
Hands-on experience with Okta, ForgeRock, or similar CIAM platforms.
Valuable understanding of IAM concepts, identity lifecycle, access controls, and security protocols.
Experience in implementing security and access management solutions.
Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work with technical and non-technical teams.
Experience working with local and global teams.
