Position: Farm Manager

Qualification: 12th / Graduation
Experience: 5–8 years in Poultry Farm Management

Key Responsibilities
Manage overall poultry farm operations and daily activities.
Monitor bird health, growth, feed, water, medication, and mortality.
Ensure proper farm hygiene, biosecurity, and vaccination practices.
Manage farm workers and allocate daily duties.
Maintain records of feed consumption, production, mortality, and bird performance.
Coordinate with the Veterinary and Technical teams for bird health and disease control.
Ensure proper maintenance of farm equipment and facilities.
Monitor farm expenses and ensure effective utilization of resources.
Prepare daily/weekly farm reports and update management on farm performance.

Preferred: Candidates with hands-on experience in Poultry Farm Operations, especially broiler/layer farming.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
