We are looking for a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our ENT Hospital team.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle patient registrations, appointments, and front desk operations efficiently.
Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping skills.
Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.

Job Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist patients and visitors.
Manage appointments and patient inquiries.
Handle phone calls and maintain patient records.
Coordinate with doctors and hospital staff for smooth operations.
Perform general administrative and front-office duties.

Shift Requirements:
Must be willing to work night shifts and rotational shifts as required.
