Job Responsibilities
Manage sales and distribution of ketchup, sauces, and related FMCG products within the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key outlets.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Identify new market opportunities and onboard new retailers and distributors.
Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements and competitor activities.
Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and merchandising across outlets.
Monitor distributor stock, secondary sales, and order requirements.
Execute promotional activities and schemes in the assigned territory.
Track market pricing, competitor products, and customer feedback.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share market updates with management.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.




Coordinate with the distribution and supply chain teams for smooth product availability.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing will be an advantage.
2–5 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in ketchup, sauces, food products, or beverages.
Robust knowledge of distributor and retail sales channels.
Positive communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Strong target-oriented approach and market-development skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
