Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the Pre-Primary teaching team, fostering a collaborative and reflective culture.
Plan, implement and oversee developmentally appropriate, experiential learning experiences.
Support teachers in curriculum planning, classroom practices and documentation.
Observe children and teachers, provide constructive feedback and encourage continuous improvement.
Build strong, positive relationships with parents and the wider school community.
Ensure a safe, inclusive and nurturing workplace for every child.
Coordinate day-to-day academic and operational requirements of the Pre-Primary section.
Contribute to school-wide planning, events and initiatives.

What We’re Looking For
B.Ed. / NTT / Master’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education or a related field.




Relevant experience in Early Years / Pre-Primary education, with leadership experience preferred.
Robust understanding of child development and play-/experience-based learning.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
Ability to lead, mentor and inspire a team with empathy and clarity.
A reflective, creative and child-centred approach to teaching and leadership.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
