Business Analyst Intern

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Business Analyst Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, an interest in business processes, and the ability to analyze data to support decision-making. This internship offers hands-on experience in business analysis, documentation, and client requirement gathering.

Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Assist in creating Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate with development, testing, and business teams.
Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation.
Conduct market and competitor research.
Support project planning and requirement validation.
Participate in meetings and maintain project records.

Requirements




Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) in BBA, BCA, B.Com, MBA, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Understanding of SDLC and business analysis concepts is a plus.
Eagerness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment.
