Work with customers via phone, mail, and in-person meetings.
Handle client enquiries and concerns, and assess priority issues.
Develop an in-depth understanding of the software and its features and recommend steps to optimize it
Incorporating user input to suggest recent modules and features to serve the client better
Help the organisation find alternative usages and applications of the existing software and newer versions with major tweaks and find alternative market segments outside the current market
A responsible job requires the person to take the initiative and understand the software explain it to users and also train them
Involving backend staff from our team to complete the school/client data upload in strict timelines
