Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, professional, and customer-focused Client Relationship Manager to manage and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Candidates with a degree/diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, Finance, or a related field will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Handle client queries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
Follow up with existing and potential clients.
Maintain accurate client records and update CRM/database regularly.
Support sales and business development activities.




Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Prepare regular reports on client interactions and follow-ups.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Customer-oriented approach with a professional personality.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office and basic CRM tools.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Good follow-up and organizational skills.

Experience
Freshers may apply if they have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in client servicing, customer relationship management, sales, business development, or account management will be an advantage.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should be well-presented, confident, polite, proactive, and comfortable interacting with clients. She should be able to manage multiple clients effectively while maintaining skilled relationships and achieving organizational goals.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
