Job Description:

We are urgently looking for an HR Executive – Site for our building construction project in Pune. The candidate should have prior experience in handling site-level HR operations and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
Issuing and managing gate passes for manpower, staff, and visitors
Handling guesthouse allocation and availability for staff and visitors
Site-level coordination with project team, contractors, and vendors
Preparing and managing police verification certificates for employees
Maintaining attendance records (staff & labor)
Preparing daily HR/site reports and submitting to HO
Handling statutory and site compliances
Managing HR documentation (joining forms, ID proofs, verification records, etc.)
Supporting smooth HR operations at the construction site




Affidavit preparetion from site and data maintain .

Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in site HR, preferably in building construction
Valuable coordination and communication skills
Knowledge of site compliances and documentation
Comfortable working at site location
Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
