Key Responsibilities

Desktop, Laptop, and Workstation Assembly
Hardware Installation, Upgrades, and Troubleshooting
Operating System Installation & Configuration (Windows)
Printer Installation, Configuration, and Troubleshooting
Desktop & Laptop Diagnostics and Break-Fix Support
Software Installation, Updates, and Basic Configuration
Basic Networking Support (LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, IP Configuration)

Desired Skills

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities




Positive knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals
Basic understanding of networking concepts
Customer-focused approach with decent communication skills
