Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Tele Caller Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate data records and communicating with clients or customers via telephone to provide information, support, or follow-up on leads.

Key Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems.
Verify the accuracy of data and make necessary corrections.
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about product follow up on inquiries.
Maintain records of calls and customer interactions.
Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow up on leads and maintain solid customer relationships.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
