Job Title: Bell Boy

Department: Front Office

Reports To: Front Office Manager

Job Summary:

The Bell Boy is responsible for providing a warm welcome to guests, assisting with luggage, escorting guests to rooms, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant arrival and departure experience. The role also includes assisting with guest requests and maintaining the lobby area’s cleanliness and organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests courteously upon arrival and departure.
Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage.
Escort guests to their rooms, explain room features, and ensure guest comfort.
Handle guest luggage storage and retrieval efficiently.
Deliver messages, packages, and other items to guest rooms promptly.
Coordinate with the front desk and concierge for guest requests.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and luggage room.
Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.




Assist in arranging transportation or taxis for guests when requested.
Ensure guest satisfaction by offering skilled and friendly service at all times.

Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role preferred (hospitality or customer service background).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality and well-groomed appearance.
Ability to handle luggage and perform physically active tasks.
Basic knowledge of the local area and tourist attractions.
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Education:
Minimum 10th / 12th standard or equivalent.
Diploma in Hotel Management preferred (not mandatory).

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
