Job Responsibilities:
Make calls to customers/dealers regarding inverter inward and return processes.
Coordinate for product pickup, replacement, repair, and inward status.
Collect required product and customer details over calls.
Coordinate with service, logistics, and warehouse teams.
Maintain call records and update inward details in Excel/CRM.
Follow up regularly to ensure timely product inward.
Requirements:
Positive communication and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
Hindi/English communication required; local language preferred.
Experience in telecalling/customer coordination is an advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
