Etsy Listing Executive – Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Etsy Listing Executive to manage and optimize product listings on Etsy.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms, robust attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Freshers with valuable computer and communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Create and manage product listings on Etsy.
Upload product images, titles, descriptions, pricing, and product details accurately.
Perform keyword research for Etsy listings.
Optimize product titles, tags, descriptions, and attributes for better visibility.
Conduct basic competitor and market research.
Ensure product information is accurate and up to date.
Monitor listing performance and make improvements when required.
Coordinate with the design/content team for product images and descriptions.
Maintain proper records of products and listings.
Follow Etsy marketplace guidelines and listing best practices.




Complete assigned tasks within deadlines.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of Etsy or e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
Valuable computer and internet research skills.
Basic understanding of SEO and keyword research is preferred.
Good written English and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple listings and tasks.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.

Who Can Apply?

Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in Etsy, e-commerce, product listing, marketplace management, or related fields.
Candidates with prior experience in Etsy listing and optimization will have an advantage.
Candidates comfortable working in a night shift are preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
