We are looking for a energetic and responsible HR Executive to join our team.

Position: HR Executive
Experience: 1–3 Years
Location: Kolkata
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates
Schedule and coordinate interviews
Handle employee onboarding and documentation
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Manage attendance, leave, and basic HR operations
Coordinate employee engagement activities
Assist with payroll and administrative activities
Ensure smooth communication between employees and management

Requirements:
Graduate/MBA in HR or a related field preferred
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Solid organisational and people-management skills
Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: As per experience and industry standards
