Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and qualified manner.
Present menus and explain food and beverage options when required.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen or bar.
Serve food and beverages according to hotel service standards.
Check on guests during their meal and respond to additional requests.
Transparent and reset tables efficiently while maintaining cleanliness.
Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and inform the supervisor when necessary.
Prepare tables with cutlery, crockery, glassware, napkins, and other required items.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure orders are delivered correctly and on time.




Process bills and payments when the role includes cashiering responsibilities.
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the dining and service areas.
Assist with banquets and events, such as weddings, conferences, and private functions.
Follow food safety, hotel policies, and service procedures at all times.
Upsell food and beverages where appropriate, such as recommending desserts, beverages, or special menu items.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
