Job Description – Sales & Marketing Executive (Office Work)

We are looking for Male & Female candidates for the position of Sales & Marketing Executive for our pharmaceutical company.

This is a 100% office-based job. The selected candidate will be responsible for customer calling, lead follow-up and sales coordination from the office.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Explain and promote our pharmaceutical products over the phone.
Generate sales enquiries and follow up with customers.
Maintain regular communication with customers, distributors and business clients.
Handle customer queries and provide product-related information.
Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into orders.
Maintain daily calling and sales follow-up reports.
Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and customer requirements.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and calling targets.

Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Hindi communication is required; basic English communication will be an advantage.
Positive attitude, confidence and willingness to learn.
