We are looking for a energetic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students, driving admissions, and contributing to the company’s revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective students through calls, leads, and follow-ups
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs
Counsel students on career paths, program benefits, and fee structures
Drive end-to-end admission process from inquiry to enrollment
Achieve monthly sales/admission targets
Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
Build strong relationships with students for better engagement and referrals

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
