Solar Electrician / Solar Technician

Job Title: Solar Electrician / Solar Technician
Vacancy: 2 Positions
Job Location: Siddharth Nagar & Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh
Experience: 6 Months & Above
Education: ITI (Electrician) / Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering

Key Responsibilities:
Install residential, commercial and industrial solar PV systems.
Perform AC & DC wiring, cable termination and electrical connections.
Install and configure solar panels, inverter, mounting structures and other system components.
Perform testing, commissioning and troubleshooting of solar systems.
Carry out Operation & Maintenance (O&M;) and preventive maintenance.
Diagnose electrical and solar-system faults and provide timely solutions.




Assist with net-metering and grid-synchronization work.
Follow electrical safety standards and proper installation practices.
Maintain installation/service reports and site documentation.
Coordinate with customers and the project team during installation and service visits.

Required Skills:
Positive knowledge of solar PV systems.
AC/DC wiring and electrical troubleshooting.
Knowledge of inverter, battery and protection devices.
Ability to read basic electrical drawings.
Good practical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites.

Mandatory:

Bike & Valid Driving Licence

Salary: As per knowledge, skills & experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
