Job Summary

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to speak confidently with customers over the phone.

Freshers who are willing to learn and build a career in telecalling, customer service, or sales are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain our products/services and answer customer queries.
Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
Maintain proper records of calls and customer details.
Handle customer questions professionally and politely.
Achieve daily and monthly calling/lead-generation targets.




Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-ups and conversions.
Build positive relationships with customers through regular follow-ups.

Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable speaking over the phone.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work with daily targets.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Knowledge of English, Hindi, and/or Bengali will be an advantage.
