Job Details
Position: Compliance Executive
Location: Muvattupuzha, Kerala
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Internship or prior exposure to compliance, company law, or secretarial work will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in ROC, MCA, and other statutory compliance activities.
Prepare, maintain, and file statutory forms, returns, and compliance-related documents.
Support company incorporations, annual filings, LLP compliance, and other regulatory assignments.
Maintain compliance trackers, statutory records,



and filing calendars.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to collect required documents and ensure timely compliance.
Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and correspondence with regulatory authorities.
Perform other compliance, documentation, and administrative responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.

Skills & Requirements
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple assignments efficiently.
