Lobby Host / Guest Relations Executive

Location: Taj Property, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and warmly greet guests at the hotel lobby.
Assist guests with queries, directions, and hotel facilities.
Provide personalized guest service and create a positive first impression.
Handle VIP and special guests professionally.
Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, F&B; and other departments.
Assist with guest requests and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain excellent grooming, etiquette, and qualified body language.

Candidate Profile:
Graduate / Hotel Management candidates preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality, well-groomed and confident.
Solid customer-service orientation.




Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
