Roles and Responsibilities –
Responsible for end to end Joining & Exit Formalities such as KYC documentation, Background verification, Issuing Offer letters, Appraisal letters, Relieving letters
Coordinate with cross-functional departments and ensure recent hires are on-boarded successfully.
Delivering and implementing the highest quality induction and on-boarding programs for recent hires
Employee relations, including managing absence, disciplinaries, grievances.
Ensuring all company policies and procedures are up to date and in line with current employment law and ensuring line managers are up to date with any change in policy.
Positive Knowledge of PF, ESI, Gratuity, IT Industrial norms, etc.
Calculating monthly attendance and updating the same in the Attendance sheet.
Develop and organize employee engagement programs

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
