Job Requirements / Responsibilities
Research and develop new Ayurvedic, herbal, skincare, beauty, cosmetic and healthcare products.
Develop, optimize and standardize product formulations, creams, lotions, serums, oils, gels, face & hair care products, wellness and healthcare formulations.
Research and evaluate herbs, botanicals, active ingredients, cosmetic ingredients, raw materials and innovative technologies.
Conduct laboratory trials, formulation development, pilot batches and product performance testing.
Improve existing products for quality, safety, stability, efficacy, texture, fragrance, taste and overall performance.
Develop cutting-edge products based on market trends, customer requirements and emerging beauty and healthcare needs.
Coordinate with Production, QC and QA teams for trials, scale-up,



validation and commercialization.
Maintain complete formulation, trial, batch, specifications, testing and R&D; documentation.
Support new product launches, packaging requirements, product claims and technical documentation.
Stay updated with Ayurvedic, cosmetic, healthcare, regulatory requirements, market trends and new product technologies.
Identify opportunities for recent ingredients, natural actives and cutting-edge product concepts to strengthen the company’s product portfolio.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
