Position Title: Assistant Professor – Marketing, Finance & Operations

Location: kundayithodu, Cheruvannur, Calicut

Department: Academics

Reports To: Academic Head

Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Assistant Professor in Marketing, Finance & Operations to deliver high-quality academic instruction, mentor students, and contribute to the development of future professionals. The ideal candidate should possess robust subject expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to academic excellence and student success.

Required Qualifications
MBA or MCom
Prior teaching, training, or industry experience in Human Resources is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Consumer behavior, Marketing management, advertising, banking, Finanacial management, International finance, financial markets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver lectures, seminars,



and practical sessions in Marketing, Finance and related subjects.
Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, presentations, and assessments in line with academic standards.
Evaluate student performance through assignments, examinations, projects, and presentations.
Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and career support to students.
Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, assessment reports, and student progress documentation.
