Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day interior site execution activities.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, contractors, vendors, and clients.
Read and understand architectural, interior, MEP, and working drawings.
Execute work as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and project schedule.
Supervise civil, carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, and other interior works.
Plan and coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
Monitor contractors and subcontractors and ensure daily productivity.
Check quality of materials and workmanship at site.
Prepare daily progress reports, measurements, checklists, and site photographs.
Coordinate with vendors for timely material delivery.




Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
Coordinate with the design team for drawing clarifications and site changes.
Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion.
Ensure proper site safety, housekeeping, and work practices.
Take site measurements and support billing and quantity reconciliation.
Maintain proper site documentation and project records.
Ensure proper completion and handover of assigned work.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
