About the Role

We're looking for a passionate HR qualified who believes in building great teams and creating a positive employee experience. This role offers the opportunity to drive hiring, partner with business leaders, and contribute to a people-first culture.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (70%)
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT roles related to Ed-Tech within the TAT.
Understand hiring requirements and partner with hiring managers.
Source, screen,



coordinate interviews and close candidates.
Build talent pipelines and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
Support bulk hiring drives and meet recruitment targets.

People Operations (30%)
Support employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
Act as a bridge between employees and management.
Assist with HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.

What We're Looking For
Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in domestic IT & Non-IT recruitment.
Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Solid communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Working knowledge of AI, ATS, MS Office, HR Tools and basic labor laws.
A proactive, adaptable and people-centric mindset.

Pay: ₹10,240.91 - ₹22,679.85 per month
