Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Logistics Intern to support our logistics and operations team in coordinating daily activities, tracking shipments, maintaining records, and assisting with smooth last-mile operations.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating daily logistics and delivery operations.
Track shipments and monitor delivery status.
Coordinate with delivery executives, station teams, and operations staff.
Maintain and update logistics-related records and reports.
Assist with attendance, productivity, and operational data.
Support the team in resolving delivery and operational issues.
Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports using MS Excel.
Assist in monitoring key operational performance metrics.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Perform other logistics and administrative duties assigned by the management.

Requirements




Graduate or pursuing a degree/diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced operational setting.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
