Head all continental kitchen operations.
Design and update menus featuring dishes such as pasta, grills, steaks, soups, salads, and sauces.
Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation.
Supervise, train, and schedule kitchen staff.
Manage inventory, food costing, and minimize wastage.
Maintain hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards.
Coordinate with purchasing and front-of-house teams for smooth service.
Develop seasonal specials and standardize recipes.
Robust knowledge of continental cuisine and cooking techniques.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
